Who This Work Is For
I work with women who are in the middle of real change and want to trust themselves more deeply.

Sometimes it is a big life shift, like a move, a loss, or a career change. Other times it is a quieter inner turning point, like the one I experienced after becoming a mother.
My clients are capable and used to holding a lot, but they are tired of pushing and keeping it all together. Many feel alone in their transition and struggle with self-doubt and overwhelm.

They want to pause, listen to themselves, and respond to life with more choice and self-compassion.
“I trust myself more now to make decisions without overthinking them.”
That’s what many of my clients begin to say.
What You May Be Experiencing

On the outside, you are still functioning, but on the inside, something feels off.
You may find yourself feeling:
-
This no longer feels like me.
-
I’m carrying more than people see.
-
I want to have more ease in my life.
You may have wondered if you are experiencing burnout because you never feel quite rested or as excited and full of energy as you once did.
There is a way to practice being with life situations that may not change but how you are able to show up can.

How Somatic Coaching Supports You

Somatic coaching helps you finally tune into what your body has been trying to tell you, guiding you to stop overriding it and start truly listening again.
Together, we slow things down and build simple daily practices that help you notice stress earlier and respond with more steadiness.
Over time, my clients begin to say things like:
-
“I pause before I react now.”
-
“I feel more grounded in my body.”
-
“I understand my nervous system and how to calm it.”
-
“I am more compassionate with myself.”
In somatic coaching we say, “we are what we practice.” If you are looking for a practical, yet gentle way to build a capacity to find and maintain more ease, calm and clarity, I’d love to work with you.
